Job Overview:

We are looking for a
results-driven E-commerce Sales Specialist
to identify, acquire, and onboard new clients across leading online marketplaces, including
Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop, and Shopify
. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of e-commerce dynamics and be confident in driving client conversions through strategic outreach and relationship-building.

This is a
target-based role
with performance-linked incentives, ideal for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target potential clients looking to expand or optimize their online marketplace presence.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new sellers and business partners.
  • Present and promote our company's e-commerce services, including account management, product research, optimization, and fulfillment solutions.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and support.
  • Stay updated on marketplace trends, policies, and opportunities across Amazon, Walmart, eBay, Etsy, TikTok Shop, and Shopify.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through qualified lead generation and deal closures.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and track client progress using CRM tools.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in
    e-commerce sales, business development, or account management
    (experience with marketplaces like Amazon, Walmart, or TikTok Shop preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of marketplace ecosystems and seller requirements.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Ability to understand client pain points and offer effective solutions.
  • Proficient in CRM tools, lead management platforms, and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
