Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced
Social Media Team Lead
to manage and grow our social media presence across major platforms, including Meta, Google, and TikTok. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in running
paid campaigns for USA audiences
, managing customer support operations (email, chat, and calls), and leading a team to deliver strong engagement, conversion, and service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize
    paid ad campaigns
    across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and TikTok for USA-based audiences.
  • Oversee daily
    social media management
    , including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking.
  • Lead, train, and motivate the
    social media and customer support team
    to achieve set KPIs.
  • Ensure timely and professional
    customer support responses
    via email, chat, and calls.
  • Monitor analytics to track campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements.
  • Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams for campaign strategy and execution.
  • Manage team reporting, ensuring accuracy and accountability in daily and weekly updates.
  • Stay updated with the latest digital trends, algorithms, and best practices for USA markets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
    in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years
    of experience in social media management and digital advertising.
  • Proven experience managing
    USA-based social media campaigns
    and customer support.
  • Strong knowledge of
    Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads Manager.
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and maintain quality in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience using
    CRM or support tools
    (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar) is a plus.
