Position Overview:

We are looking for a talented and creative Graphic Designer cum AI Video Maker/Editor to join our remote team. The ideal candidate should have a strong eye for design, experience creating digital content for social media and websites, and familiarity with AI video generation tools (such as Pika Labs, Runway ML, Sora, Synthesia, or similar platforms).

You will be responsible for creating marketing visuals, short-form videos, and AI-generated content that aligns with brand guidelines and campaign goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design high-quality graphics, banners, thumbnails, and marketing materials for digital platforms.
  • Create and edit short-form videos, reels, and promotional content for social media.
  • Use AI tools (e.g., Runway ML, Pika Labs, Sora, Synthesia) to generate or enhance video content.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop visual assets for ads, landing pages, and websites.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all digital materials.
  • Optimize content for various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Stay updated with the latest design and AI video trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer and/or Video Editor (portfolio required).
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Figma.
  • Experience in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, or DaVinci Resolve).
  • Familiarity with AI video tools (e.g., Runway ML, Pika Labs, Sora, Synthesia, or Kaiber).
  • Strong understanding of social media content styles and formats.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and good visual storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Excellent communication skills and a proactive attitude.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with motion graphics or animation.
  • Knowledge of branding, typography, and layout design.
  • Basic understanding of marketing and advertising design principles.

Work Hours & Compensation:

  • Part-Time: 20 hours per week (flexible schedule).
  • Remote position: work from anywhere.
  • Compensation will be discussed based on experience and skill level.
