Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies tailored to fixed networks positions across UAE, KSA, and UK.
  • Manage and lead a team of recruitment professionals to achieve hiring targets and enhance team performance.

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop job descriptions that reflect role requirements.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, with a focus on telecommunications or technical roles.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing recruitment processes on a global scale, particularly in UAE, KSA, and UK.
  • Strong understanding of local labor laws and regulations in relevant jurisdictions.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess recruitment effectiveness and identify improvements.
