About the Role

We are looking for a skilled
Technical Recruiter
with 2–3 years of proven experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring top technology talent. The ideal candidate should have a successful track record of hiring
.NET developers, mobile application developers (iOS/Android/Digital Marketing,
and other IT professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and role expectations.
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, networking, and recruitment tools.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess technical and cultural fit.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases (ATS).
  • Coordinate and schedule technical interviews with engineering teams.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Provide recruitment metrics, reports, and market insights to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience as a
    Technical Recruiter
    , preferably in the software/IT industry.
  • Demonstrated success in hiring
    .NET and Mobile Developers and Digital Marketing Resources.
  • Familiarity with technical skills, frameworks, and programming languages.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with
    Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
    .
  • Knowledge of Software Development Roles and responsibilities.
  • Exposure to further other technical hiring areas such as QA, DevOps, or Product Management will be a plus.
