Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee the After Sales Department, ensuring smooth operations and timely customer support.
  • Supervise field service activities including installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of specialized vehicles and equipment.
  • Manage and process warranty claims in line with company policies, including verification, documentation, and approvals.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (Production, QA, and Procurement) to address technical issues and improve product reliability.
  • Plan and schedule preventive maintenance visits for clients to ensure product performance and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct failure analysis on returned or defective parts and prepare detailed technical reports.
  • Monitor service performance metrics and prepare periodic reports for management.
  • Develop and implement after-sales procedures, SOPs, and warranty tracking systems.
  • Train and guide the service team to ensure professional handling of customer concerns.
  • Maintain updated service records and warranty databases.
  • Promote strong customer relationships by ensuring timely communication and issue resolution.

Requirements:

  • DAE (Mechanical) — B.Tech or BE Mechanical will be an added advantage.
  • 3–5 years of relevant experience in automotive, heavy vehicles, or equipment industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, hydraulics, and assemblies.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and customer-handling skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and service documentation.
