Role Overview

VIFHE is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented
Sales Executive

to manage incoming leads, nurture prospects, and convert them into enrolled students. The role focuses on
outreach (calls, WhatsApp, emails)

, maintaining accurate records in the
Freshsales CRM

, and ensuring a smooth enrollment process. This individual will not be responsible for generating new data; instead, they will work with leads provided by the institute and drive them to conversion.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Management:
  • Receive and manage incoming leads from forms, WhatsApp, and other channels.
  • Upload all leads into
    Freshsales CRM

and ensure records are accurate and complete.
- Update lead statuses daily (New Lead → Contacted → Follow-up → Enrolled).

  • Outreach & Engagement:
  • Conduct
    cold and warm calling

to prospective students using provided data.
- Send personalized
WhatsApp messages and emails

using approved outreach templates.
- Respond promptly to student queries and guide them through course/program options.

  • Conversion & Enrollment:
  • Nurture leads by highlighting VIFHE's unique value (Gold ACCA approval, global student success, expert faculty).
  • Overcome objections using sales scripts and negotiation notes provided.
  • Guide students step-by-step through the
    enrollment process

until payment and confirmation are complete.

  • CRM Management & Reporting:
  • Maintain all records, notes, and follow-ups inside
    Freshsales CRM

.
- Ensure leads are never lost, duplicated, or left unattended.
- Generate weekly updates on progress (contacts made, conversions achieved, pipeline status).

  • Collaboration:
  • Coordinate with academic and support teams if student queries require faculty input.
  • Work with management to improve messaging, templates, and sales strategies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree (Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field preferred).
  • 1–2 years' experience

in sales, customer service, or telemarketing (education sector a plus).
- Strong
communication skills in English

(spoken & written) — ability to deal with global students.
- Confidence in phone conversations and digital communication (WhatsApp, email).
- Familiarity with
CRM systems

(Freshsales, HubSpot, or similar).
- Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined in updating records.
- Ability to handle objections and negotiate assertively yet professionally.

Performance Expectations

  • Prompt lead response within
    24 hours

- Daily outreach targets (calls, WhatsApp follow-ups, emails).
- Minimum monthly
enrollment conversions

(targets to be set by management).
- Accurate CRM maintenance with zero missing follow-ups.
