The Client support, Communication, and execution is responsible for managing smooth and effective communication between the software house and its clients. This role ensures that client requirements are properly understood, documented, and delivered by coordinating closely with internal teams. The officer also supports clients throughout the project lifecycle, helping them with guidance, updates, and issue resolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients through calls, messages, and emails to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Coordinate between clients and development/technical teams to ensure accurate project execution.
  • Maintain clear records of client requirements, updates, and feedback.
  • Provide regular project progress updates to clients.
  • Assist clients by guiding them about processes, features, and deliverables.
  • Handle client inquiries, resolve basic issues, and escalate technical matters to the relevant team.
  • Ensure timely follow-up with clients to maintain satisfaction and trust.
  • Schedule meetings, demos, and presentations when required.
  • Support the project management team in executing tasks according to timelines.
  • Maintain a positive and professional relationship with all clients.

Skills & Qualifications

  • Call Center Experience preferred
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Ability to understand and explain software-related concepts in simple language.
  • Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
  • Basic understanding of software development or IT processes (preferred).
  • Confidence in handling calls and guiding customers.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Strong coordination and teamwork skills.
