PKR 40,000 + Performance Bonuses

Trial Period:
2 – 3 days (to evaluate performance before confirmation)

We're looking for an
experienced and proactive Lead Generation & Business Development professional
to help bring in clients through
LinkedIn, Upwork, social media, and email marketing
during the
night shift
.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify
    leads
    through
    LinkedIn, Upwork, email campaigns, and social media
    .
  • Write and send professional outreach messages, proposals, and follow-ups.
  • Research potential clients and industries to identify new business opportunities.
  • Manage CRM / lead tracking sheets and maintain consistent follow-ups.
  • Coordinate with project and marketing teams for smooth client onboarding.
  • Suggest ideas to improve outreach and conversion strategies.
  • Report daily and weekly performance to management.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years
    of proven experience in
    lead generation or business development
    (IT / digital agency preferred).
  • Strong
    English writing and communication
    skills.
  • Good understanding of
    LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, and email marketing tools
    .
  • Ability to work
    independently during night hours
    and meet performance goals.
  • Must be
    based in Rawalpindi or Islamabad
    (no remote or hybrid options).


No Freshers
— only experienced professionals will be considered.

Trial & Onboarding

Selected candidates will go through a
2–3 day practical trial
before final confirmation.
