We are expanding our team and looking for a
B2B Sales Development Representative (SDR)
. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on outbound prospecting, lead generation, and opening doors with key decision-makers in the corporate sector.

Role Overview

As a B2B SDR, you will be on the frontlines of our sales efforts—researching, identifying, and engaging with potential clients. You'll play a key role in building a strong sales pipeline by qualifying leads and booking meetings for the Sales/BD team.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Research and identify key decision-makers (CEOs, HR Heads, CFOs, Admin Managers) across target industries.
  • Develop and execute personalized outreach strategies via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
  • Qualify leads through discovery conversations and schedule meetings for the Sales/BD team.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to refine messaging and campaigns.
  • Consistently meet or exceed weekly and monthly outreach and meeting-booking targets.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • A self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment.
  • 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales, lead generation, or outbound prospecting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong research skills with the ability to identify and connect with decision-makers.
  • Resilient and self-motivated; comfortable with cold outreach and handling rejection.
  • Familiarity with CRM and contact research tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Sales Navigator, etc.) is a plus.
  • Prior experience in fintech is preferred but not required
