We're looking for a detail-oriented Quality Assurance (QA) Specialist to join us and help maintain service excellence.

Role Overview

The QA Specialist will be responsible for monitoring, evaluating, and improving the quality of customer interactions. You will provide feedback to team members, identify areas of improvement, and collaborate with management to enhance overall performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and evaluate inbound and outbound calls, chats, and/or emails.
  • Assess team performance against company quality standards and compliance requirements.
  • Provide constructive feedback and coaching recommendations.
  • Identify training needs and assist with developing performance improvement plans.
  • Prepare quality reports, track trends, and provide insights to management.
  • Collaborate with supervisors to ensure continuous improvement and consistency in service delivery.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in Quality Assurance within a Customer Care or similar environment preferred.
  • Strong communication and feedback skills.
  • High attention to detail and analytical mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with call monitoring tools and QA frameworks is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and reporting skills.
