Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Hyderabad for a Food Court Executive at Chase Up. The Food Court Executive will be responsible for overseeing daily operations of the food court, ensuring food quality and safety standards, managing staff, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and maintaining inventory levels. They will also be responsible for coordinating with suppliers, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and optimizing food court operations to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.

Qualifications

  • Experience in food service management, overseeing daily operations, and managing staff
  • Knowledge of food quality and safety standards, health, and safety regulations adherence
  • Strong customer service skills and the ability to handle inquiries and complaints effectively
  • Inventory management experience and supplier coordination skills
  • Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the food industry is a plus
  • Minimum graduation required for this job.
