Location: Karachi

Salary: PKR 45,000 – PKR 60,000 (based on experience)

Shift: Morning or Night Shift (as per candidate preference)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a confident, well-spoken, and target-driven Sales Executive to join our automotive sales team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English, have a passion for cars, and be skilled at building lasting customer relationships. This role involves guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, achieving sales targets, and delivering a premium buying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist walk-in customers, online leads, and referral clients.
  • Communicate clearly and effectively in English to understand customer needs.
  • Present vehicle features, specifications, and financing options.
  • Arrange and conduct test drives for prospective buyers.
  • Negotiate prices, finalize sales contracts, and ensure smooth handovers.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of automotive models, market trends, and competitor offerings.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
  • Update and manage leads in CRM systems accurately.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred) or Intermediate with relevant experience.
  • 1–3 years of experience in automotive or high-value product sales (fresh graduates with strong English communication skills may apply).
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is mandatory; proficiency in Urdu is a plus.
  • Strong presentation, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
  • Passion for the automotive industry and customer service excellence.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet monthly sales targets.
