JOB DESCRIPTION:

As a Sales Executive at Margalla Motors, you will play a crucial role in connecting customers with their dream Suzuki vehicles. Your enthusiasm, product knowledge, and exceptional communication skills will make you a key contributor to our dealership's success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.

  • Understand customer needs and preferences to recommend Suzuki vehicles that best suit their requirements.

  • provide detailed product information to potential buyers.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Suzuki's product offerings, pricing, and promotions.

  • Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.

  • Negotiate pricing and financing options to secure sales.

  • Collaborate with the finance and administrative teams to ensure seamless transactions.

  • Follow up with customers to build and maintain long-term relationships.

  • Attend training sessions and stay informed about industry trends.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Strong negotiation and customer relationship-building abilities.

  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.

  • Knowledge of Suzuki vehicles or a willingness to learn.

  • Valid driver's license.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in sales or business is a plus.
