About the Role:

We are seeking a creative, organized, and reliable Social Media Manager to oversee our online presence. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys content creation, can manage multiple platforms, and ensures timely and consistent delivery of engaging posts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update official social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
  • Create and post engaging content including static graphics, reels, stories, and polls.
  • Write clear, catchy, and platform-specific captions.
  • Design posts and visuals using Canva Pro (or similar tools).
  • Manage, create, and execute monthly/weekly social media content calendars.
  • Plan pre-hype and post-hype campaigns for events, projects, or announcements.
  • Disseminate content effectively across multiple platforms using Meta Business Suite and other tools.
  • Monitor engagement, track trends, and ensure timely interaction with the audience.
  • Collaborate with the team to pre-decide campaign themes and content strategies.
  • Maintain brand voice and consistency across all platforms.
  • Suggest creative ideas to grow online reach and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Basic experience managing social media accounts.
  • Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and scheduling tools.
  • Proficiency in Canva Pro (or similar design platforms).
  • Ability to create reels, stories, and interactive content.
  • Strong writing skills with an eye for catchy and impactful captions.
  • Trustworthy, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.

Preferred:

  • Basic knowledge of analytics and reporting.
  • Previous experience in running interactive campaigns.
