We are looking for a skilled
Power Apps and Power Automate Developer
to design, develop, and maintain business applications and workflow automation solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in Power Apps, Power Automate (Flow), and related Microsoft 365 services to streamline business processes and improve operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy custom business applications using
    Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas and Model-driven Apps)
    .
  • Build and manage automated workflows using
    Power Automate
    to integrate systems and optimize business processes.
  • Connect Power Platform solutions with
    SharePoint, Teams, Dataverse, OneDrive, Outlook, and other Microsoft 365 tools
    .
  • Develop and maintain data connections using
    Connectors, APIs, and custom data sources
    .
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing Power Apps and Power Automate flows.
  • Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure all developed solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with organizational policies.
  • Stay up to date with new features and capabilities in Microsoft Power Platform.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience developing apps in
    Microsoft Power Apps
    (Canvas and Model-driven).
  • Hands-on experience with
    Power Automate (Flow)
    for process automation.
  • Knowledge of
    Power BI
    ,
    Power Pages
    , or
    Power Virtual Agents
    is a plus.
  • Experience integrating Power Platform with
    SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, and Dynamics 365
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    Dataverse, JSON, REST APIs, and connectors
    .
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and documentation abilities.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years
    of hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform development.
  • Microsoft Power Platform certifications (preferred).
