Quantity Surveyor (QS)
to join our expanding team and support our diverse project portfolio.

We are seeking a
skilled QS
with hands-on experience in
at least two major domains: MEP & Civil
. The ideal candidate should be analytical, organized, and capable of coordinating effectively with multi-disciplinary project teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and review
    BOQs
    , quantity take-offs, cost estimates, and material calculations.
  • Evaluate
    tender documents
    , drawings, and project specifications.
  • Able to make shop drawings and cross sections
  • Provide QS services for Pre Casted Boundry Wall
  • Coordinate with project teams for technical clarifications.
  • Support cost control, verification of contractor invoices, and variation claims.
  • Assist in procurement processes and comparison statements.
  • Ensure compliance with project standards, contract requirements, and company procedures.

Required Qualifications & Skills:


• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.


• 2–3 years proven experience in QS roles (MEP + Civil experience is mandatory).


• Strong command over MS Excel, AutoCAD, PlanSwift/Bluebeam or similar QS tools.


• Good understanding of construction methodologies, MEP systems, and project workflows.


• Strong analytical, documentation, and communication skills.


• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple tasks.
