Job Description:

  • Understanding the Project
  • Reviewing programmed surveys as a second layer of internal quality control
  • Active and platform expert research and recruitment for surveys
  • Multitask across projects adhering to timelines
  • Creating outreach templates for projects
  • Phone screening and qualifying respondents
  • Targeted and persistent lead conversion for surveys
  • Chasing survey respondents and connecting with survey respondents for referrals
  • Tracking survey respondents and adding them to the platform project
  • Expert engagement for further survey participation
  • Monitoring complete rates and handling screen-outs
  • Participating in daily internal progress meetings, actively contributing to solving research challenges
  • Helping PM with project organization
  • Keeping project sheet up to date
  • Participating and adding to monthly debriefs to improve fielding best practices
