What You'll Do

As our People & Culture Associate, you'll play a key role in creating a positive employee experience and strengthening company culture. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and executing employee engagement initiatives (team events, appreciation programs, celebrations, etc.)
  • Supporting internal communications and building a vibrant culture through Slack, newsletters, and other platforms
  • Planning wellness and recognition campaigns
  • Assisting in onboarding to ensure a smooth and welcoming start for new hires
  • Gathering feedback through surveys and one-on-one check-ins to understand employee sentiment
  • Partnering with HR and leadership on people-related initiatives and culture-building strategies
  • Promoting inclusion, collaboration, and company values throughout the organization

What We're Looking For
  • 1+ years of experience in HR, people engagement, internal communications, or a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Creative mindset with an eye for detail and experience organizing internal events or activities
  • Proactive, empathetic, and team-oriented personality
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • A passion for creating a great place to work
