As the creative lead, you will take ownership of the visual storytelling process, blending artistic direction with cutting-edge AI applications to produce engaging multimedia content that aligns with Dukans brand identity. The position involves managing one graphic designer and overseeing all phases of video production with a hands-on approach to ensure the highest quality output. You will drive ongoing innovation in content creation by continuously exploring emerging AI technologies and integrating them into production workflows, enhancing both creativity and efficiency. Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end video production process, including planning, shooting, editing, and finalizing video content that meets brand standards.
  • Conceptualize and direct creative projects, ensuring alignment with company vision and marketing goals.
  • Utilize advanced video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Creative Suite to create high-quality video and image content.
  • Apply creative direction skills to oversee the aesthetic quality of all video and graphic content.
  • Collaborate closely with the graphic designer and provide clear guidance and constructive feedback to enhance the quality of visual assets.
  • Integrate artificial intelligence tools to generate or enhance images and video content, pushing creative boundaries and improving production efficiency.
  • Maintain a consistent visual style across all multimedia deliverables that strengthens Dukans brand identity.
  • Manage project timelines and resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of content.
  • Research and stay updated on emerging AI technologies and video production techniques to implement innovative solutions within the team.
  • Communicate effectively across departments to understand content needs and translate them into visually compelling stories.
  • Ensure quality control and troubleshoot technical issues during all phases of video and content production.
