  • Forecasting & quantification of therapeutic goods
  • Will ensure inventory management, batch and expiry record, physical verification of stock.
  • Pharmacist will ensure the Good Storage Practices as prescribed.
  • Pharmacist will ensure the delivery of supplies in a timely manner to wards.
  • Will supervise the receipt of supplies, their entries in stock register.
  • Will monitor the safe & effective use of controlled drug to patient.
  • Will collect data/information regarding any Adverse Drug Reaction.
  • Will monitor and report medication errors and their outcomes. Take steps to minimize the same.
  • Will inform physicians regarding un-available drugs/therapeutic goods and suggest alternatives, if available.
  • Will counsel patients about the prescribed therapeutic goods regarding their use, dosage regimen and route of administration.
  • Will provide training to pharmacy staff, Internees and when required.
  • Designing of product specifications as per hospital drug formulary.
  • Pharmacist will work collaboratively with other health care professionals i.e. Clinician to devise the most appropriate medicines and supplies required in diagnosis, treatment and care, taking- into consideration specific needs required within each level of health care system, keeping in view that effective product selection processes can result in resource optimization and efficiencies within the procurement system.
  • Narcotics register maintenance.
  • Data logger temperature record maintenance.
  • Room temperature record maintenance.
  • Will provide suitable information wherever required using standard resources.
  • Perform any other related task assigned by the management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs40, Rs50,000.00 per month
