Job Title: Junior Human Resource Executive (Night-Shift)

Location: 2-Talwar (Zamzama)

Job Type: Full-time (On-site)

Timings: Night Shift (9PM to 6AM)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Junior Human Resource Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting HR functions, ensuring efficient operations, and contributing to a positive work environment. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively during night shifts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage employee records and maintain accurate HR documentation.
  • Coordinate onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.
  • Assist with payroll processing and employee benefits administration.
  • Support employee engagement activities and welfare initiatives.
  • Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist in performance management and appraisal processes.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain confidentiality and integrity in all HR matters.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1+ year of experience in an HR role or internship.
  • Strong understanding of HR principles and best practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with HR software and tools.
  • Basic knowledge of labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Experience working night shifts.
