Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Executive, located in Karachi. The Human Resources Executive will oversee day-to-day HR operations, develop and implement HR policies, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with labor laws. Responsibilities include maintaining employee records, supporting recruitment, solving workplace issues, and fostering a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Human Resources functions, including HR Management and HR Operations
- Proven ability to handle Employee Relations and implement HR Policies effectively
- Knowledge of labor laws and Human Resources (HR) best practices
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; relevant certification in HR is a plus
- Proficiency in using HR management software and tools
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
