Job Title: Creative Associate

Location: Lahore DHA-5 (Onsite, Monday to Friday)

About the Role

We are seeking a Creative Associate to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who can transform ideas into impactful campaigns, guide creative execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative marketing solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and finalize creative briefs and concepts.
  • Lead advanced storyboarding and content structuring for campaigns.
  • Utilize Adobe Creative Suite at a functional level for creative execution.
  • Mentor and train creative associates to build team capabilities.
  • Collaborate across departments to align creative strategies.
  • Ensure design quality control and refinement across projects.
  • Research digital trends and introduce innovative creative approaches.

Required Skills & Tools

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (functional level).
  • Figma and Canva expertise for marketing materials.
  • Strong skills in creative strategy & ideation.
  • Ability to research and apply digital trends.
  • Knowledge of Mailchimp strategy & ideation (preferred).

Who You Are

  • 2+ years of experience in a creative role, preferably in a digital marketing or creative agency.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing copywriting, design collaboration, and campaign execution.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and storytelling.
