Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Associate located in Lahore. The Marketing Associate will be responsible for conducting market research, supporting sales initiatives, and executing marketing strategies. The role involves daily communication with team members and clients, as well as project management responsibilities to ensure the seamless delivery of marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Campaign Planning & Execution:
    Work closely with the marketing team to plan and execute multi-channel campaigns that align with client goals, including social media, content marketing, and email marketing.
  • Creative Development:
    Assist in brainstorming, conceptualizing, and designing engaging visuals and content to drive engagement across various digital channels.
  • Content Creation:
    Draft, edit, and oversee content creation, ensuring alignment with brand tone and campaign objectives. Collaborate with designers and content creators to produce high-quality assets.
  • Market Research:
    Conduct research on competitors, industry trends, and audience behavior to inform marketing strategies and client recommendations.
  • Performance Analysis:
    Track, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, suggesting adjustments to optimize outcomes.
  • Client Communication:
    Assist in preparing client presentations and reports, ensuring clarity, insight, and actionable recommendations.
  • Project Coordination:
    Manage timelines and deliverables for marketing projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years experience
    in digital marketing agency
  • Excellent English communication
  • comfortable with daily client video calls
  • Experience with email marketing, social media campaigns, and performance marketing
  • Proficiency with Google Suite and basic analytics tools
  • Strong presentation skills for client meetings
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Understanding of SEO, email marketing metrics, and campaign performance

Preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field
  • Agency experience with international clients
  • Adobe Creative Suite knowledge
  • Google Analytics certification
