Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior RCM Specialist, located in Karāchi. The Senior RCM Specialist will be responsible for managing the revenue cycle processes, including billing, coding, and collections. The role involves conducting audits, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, and working closely with the finance and operations teams. Other responsibilities include analyzing financial data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to optimize revenue management. The specialist will also provide support and training to junior team members.

Qualifications

  • Billing, Coding, Collections, and Revenue Cycle Management proficiency
  • Experience conducting audits and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations
  • Strong financial data analysis and strategic implementation skills
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership abilities
  • Knowledge of healthcare industry and experience with IoMT platforms is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Karāchi
