Experience: minimum 3 years. But If you're a MBBS doctor, 1-2 year experience works too.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a hard working and dedicated Senior Medical Coder with at least 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in HCC Risk Adjustment Coding, ICD-10, and CPT, and will play a key role in validating and enhancing AI-generated codes for patient charts.

Key Responsibilities:


• Review and validate codes generated by AI.


• Accurately assign additional HCC codes as needed.


• Assign any missing ICD-10-CM, CPT codes.


• Identify gaps or missed opportunities to optimize risk scores.


• Collaborate with the team to maintain high accuracy and productivity standards.

Requirements:


• Minimum 3 years of medical coding experience, preferably in HCC Risk Adjustment.


• Strong knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT coding.


• Familiarity with risk adjustment models (HCC, RAF scoring, etc.).


• Certification (e.g., CPC, CRC, CCS, or equivalent) preferred.


• Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.


• Comfortable working with AI-assisted coding tools.
