We're expanding our Infrastructure Projects Team and are looking for a high-performing individual to join our vibrant Team.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Site Acquisition Engineer to lead the end-to-end process of telecom site identification, evaluation, lease negotiation, and approval. The candidate will work closely with internal teams, landlords, local authorities, and legal departments to ensure timely acquisition and readiness of telecom sites for rollout.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential locations for BTS/Node B/LTE/5G sites (Rooftop & Greenfield).
  • Conduct technical site surveys (TSS) and feasibility studies.
  • Coordinate with landlords for site lease agreements and rental negotiations.
  • Prepare documentation for NOCs (No Objection Certificates) from local authorities and building owners.
  • Liaise with local municipal and regulatory bodies for site approval.
  • Ensure all site acquisition activities align with project timelines and telecom operator requirements.
  • Maintain updated records of all acquired sites, lease agreements, and approval statuses.
  • Support civil and technical teams during site handover and execution phases.
  • Coordinate with legal teams for lease registration and compliance.
  • Report acquisition progress, issues, and risks to project leadership on a regular basis.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Telecom, Civil Engineering, or related field (DAE holders with strong experience may also apply).
  • 2–5 years
     of experience in telecom site acquisition with knowledge of legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Understanding of telecom site types: Rooftop, Ground-Based Tower (GBT), IBS, IBS-DAS.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with documentation for leasing, site agreements, and NOCs.
  • Ability to use survey tools (GPS, compass, measurement apps).
  • Willingness to travel to field locations across Pakistan.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with telecom operators/vendors like Zong, Jazz, Telenor, Ufone, or infrastructure providers.
  • Working knowledge of local authority regulations (CDA, LDA, KDA, etc.).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict timelines.
