We are looking for an energetic and ambitious Trainee Sales Associate to join our team and play a key role in expanding our client base and market presence.
Role Overview:
As a
Trainee Sales Associate, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the sales process from lead generation to deal closure. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is goal-oriented, persuasive, and passionate about technology and enterprise solutions. You'll collaborate closely with our marketing, product, and leadership teams to build pipeline and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through research, outbound emails, cold calls, and networking. - Client Engagement:
Reach out to prospective clients, understand their needs, and clearly communicate the value of Empiric Technology's solutions. - Sales Presentations:
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales insights, analytics, dashboards. To be able to confidently present is a definite plus for this role. - Sales proposals:
Document, Review any Sales proposals to potential or existing clients. Being able to quickly prepare proposals for client/prospect presentation(s) is critical for this role. - CRM Management:
Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and client interactions using CRM tools. Perform regular updates on the CRM system. - Market Research:
Analyze market trends, customer or prospect needs, and competitive activity to drive sales and business development strategy. - Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with sales goals and provide feedback from the field. - Relationship Building:
Develop long-term relationships with clients, focusing on customer satisfaction and repeat business. - Target Achievement:
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education:
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field. - Experience:
0.5 year of experience in B2B sales, tech sales, or customer engagement; fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply. - Communication Skills:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to present ideas clearly and confidently. - Negotiation & Persuasion:
Strong interpersonal and persuasion skills with a knack for building rapport. - Tech-Savvy:
Basic understanding of software and technology services. Familiarity with CRM platforms is a plus. - Problem-Solving:
Ability to understand client challenges and offer tailored solutions. - Adaptability:
Quick learner with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment. - Team Spirit:
