About Us:

Aesthetics Lab by Tibbi is a premier aesthetics and wellness clinic offering innovative beauty and skincare solutions. We are now expanding our digital footprint and looking for a creative and experienced Content Strategist to join our marketing team.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop Content Strategy

Create and implement a content strategy that aligns with overall brand goals, service offerings, and marketing campaigns.

2. Content Calendar Management

Plan and manage monthly content calendars across all platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Website, Email, etc.).

3. Trend Research & Content Creation

Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity to generate unique and engaging content ideas.

4. Cross-Team Collaboration

Coordinate with designers, doctors, aestheticians, and video editors to produce compelling and on-brand content.

5. SEO & Performance Optimization

Ensure all content is optimized for SEO and user engagement. Track and analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion).

6. Writing & Editing

Draft and polish high-quality blog posts, treatment descriptions, ad copies, and captions with a consistent brand voice.

7. Content Consistency

Maintain uniformity in tone, language, and visual guidelines across all channels.

8. Performance Monitoring

Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other platforms to monitor content effectiveness and make improvements.

9. Content Innovation

Experiment with new formats like reels, educational carousels, and patient testimonials to keep the audience engaged.

10. Campaign Support

Contribute to the development of promotional campaigns (launches, seasonal offers, etc.) with tailored content strategies.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or related field
  • 2–3 years of experience in content strategy, digital marketing, or social media content planning
  • Excellent command of English (written and verbal)
  • Understanding of content performance metrics and analytics
  • Basic understanding of SEO and keyword research
  • Strong time management, creativity, and attention to detail
