Job Title: Accounts Executive

Industry: Manufacturing

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting operations including journal entries, vouchers, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate financial records as per company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring timely payments and collections.
  • Prepare and maintain cost sheets, inventory valuations, and production expense reports specific to manufacturing.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements, MIS reports, and budgets.
  • Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and intercompany transactions.
  • Coordinate with internal and external auditors for audits and compliance.
  • Ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions related to raw materials, production, and finished goods.
  • Monitor and control expenses to ensure compliance with approved budgets.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting & Finance.
  • 2–4 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing sector.
  • Strong understanding of cost accounting, inventory management, and financial controls.
  • Proficiency in ERP/accounting software (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or equivalent).
  • Good knowledge of tax laws, compliance, and statutory regulations.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.

Work Location: M.A Jinnah Road

Working Hours: 9:30AM to 7:00PM
