About the Role

We are looking for an HR Associate to support our HR department with daily administrative and human resource management tasks. This is an on-site position at our Gulberg Greens office during evening hours. The role is suitable for recent graduates or early-career professionals eager to learn and grow in HR.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting jobs, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases.
  • Support onboarding and orientation for new employees.
  • Help prepare HR documents, reports, and letters.
  • Coordinate attendance, performance tracking, and internal communication.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (required).
  • 0–1 year of HR or administrative experience (preferred, not mandatory).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and software tools.
  • Must be available to work on-site from 6 PM to 11 PM.
