Sales Executive and Dispatcher

About our Company
Quality Dispatch, a prominent trucking company registered in US, is seeking an enthusiastic and skilled individual to join our team in the combined role of Sales Executive and Dispatcher.
This office-based night shift position (USA Timings) and is open to both male and female candidates based in Multan.
Job Responsibilities:
Sales Executive Duties
Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients.
Achieving sales targets within the assigned territory.
Negotiating and closing sales deals.
Collaborating with team members to achieve better results.
Dispatcher Duties:
Coordinating and managing the trucking fleet ON CALL with brokers.
Efficiently scheduling and routing trucks.
Communicating effectively with drivers and clients.
Monitoring the status of deliveries and resolving any arising issues.
Maintaining accurate records and reporting.
Negotiating for rates with Brokers, must be good at Customer Relations as well.
Qualifications:
Minimum bachelor's degree required (Candidates with A/O Levels are preferred as well).
MUST be Fluent in English (IELTS, TOEFL Certification is a plus).
Proven experience in sales and/or dispatch in the trucking industry preferred.
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software applications.

Excellent problem-solving abilities.
Strong multitasking capabilities.
Effective collaboration and teamwork skills.
High level of integrity and professionalism.
Additional Information:
Location: Multan, Pakistan
Shift: Monday to Friday, 5 PM to 2 AM (Pakistani time)
Salary Basic salary, with commission potential up to 150,000 PKR
