Pay: Rs50, Rs70,000 per month

  • Handle customer inquiries: Answer incoming calls to provide information, support, and solutions to customer questions and problems.
  • Resolve complaints: Listen to customer concerns and complaints, de-escalate tense situations, and work to find satisfactory resolutions.
  • Process transactions: Take orders, process payments, and handle other account-related requests.
  • Provide product and service information: Educate customers about products, features, and terms, and help them with purchases.
  • Troubleshoot issues: Help customers resolve problems with products or services.
  • Document interactions: Accurately record all customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in a customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: Rs50, Rs80,000.00 per month
