The Division:

Premier Construction Software  - a division of Constellation Software Inc. – is the market-leading cloud-based integrated construction management solution, for mid-sized General Contractors, Design Builders and Land Developers. Job Summary: 

We are looking for a motivated  Business Analyst to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to research, create, and enhance AI-related features within Premier. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in business analysis and software products and grow within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in gathering and documenting business requirements from stakeholders. 

• Support the preparation of business requirement documents (BRD), functional specifications, and user stories. 

• Work with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, and QA to ensure requirements are well understood. 

• Conduct basic data analysis and research to support decision-making. 

• Participate in meetings, workshops, and interviews with stakeholders to capture needs. 

• Help in creating process flow diagrams, wireframes, and simple mockups. 

• Assist in testing, validation, and UAT to ensure solutions meet business needs. 

• Maintain project documentation, track progress, and ensure requirements traceability. 

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 

• 1 to 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or in a similar role. 

• Strong communication and documentation skills. 

• Basic knowledge of SDLC, Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), and requirement gathering techniques. 

• Ability to analyze problems and propose logical solutions. 

• Experience in designing AI solutions for customers — preferably within ERP or enterprise systems.

• General understanding of software concepts such as APIs, Databases, frontend, backend, web, UI and UX, ... 

• Familiarity with ERPs, accounting software, and construction industry is a valuable plus. 

• Familiarity with tools like Zendesk, DevOps, MS Office, Excel, Figma, Balsamiq, or similar and use of AI is a valuable plus. 

• Eagerness to learn and grow in the field of business analysis.
