We're Hiring: AI/ML Developer

Location: Karachi, Onsite

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, train, and optimize machine learning and deep learning models.
  • Work with large datasets to clean, preprocess, and analyze data.
  • Deploy AI solutions into production and ensure scalability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI features into applications.
  • Research and stay updated on the latest AI/ML frameworks, tools, and trends.
  • Fine-tune pre-trained models (NLP, Computer Vision, Recommendation Systems) based on business needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field.
  • Proven experience in building AI/ML solutions.
  • Strong Python skills (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, etc.).
  • Experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Generative AI (LLMs, ChatGPT, Stable Diffusion) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
  • Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with APIs, microservices, and MLOps.
  • Knowledge of prompt engineering and fine-tuning LLMs.
  • Exposure to data visualization and BI tools.
