  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly revenue goals for UK and US markets.

  • Leverage sales automation tools to maximize outreach and efficiency.
  • Analyze competitors' strategies and adjust sales tactics accordingly.

Qualifications & Experience

Essential Requirements:

  • 3+ years of international B2B cold calling experience, preferably in digital marketing sales.
  • 2+ years selling SEO, PPC, or related digital marketing services to UK/US clients.
  • Minimum 1 year experience managing and developing a sales team of 4–5 agents with consistent quota achievement.
  • Fluent English communication skills (neutral/UK/US accent preferred).
  • Based in Lahore and able to work on-site.

Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce, including sales analytics.
  • Skilled at training and coaching teams on consultative and solution-based selling techniques.

Shift Availability

  • UK Market Shift: 1:00 PM – 10:00 PM (PKT)
  • US Market Shift: 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM (PKT)
