We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated QA Engineer with 1–2 years of experience in software quality assurance. The ideal candidate will assist in functional, UI, regression, and exploratory testing efforts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

What You'll Do

  • Execute manual test cases and report bugs using a defect tracking system
  • Understand and analyze business requirements to create relevant test scenarios
  • Collaborate with developers and product teams to resolve quality issues
  • Perform regression and smoke testing during software releases
  • Document test results, test cases, and maintain test artifacts
  • Participate in sprint planning and daily stand-ups

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 2 years of experience in software quality assurance and manual testing.
  • Experience or ability to adapt with test automation tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, or Appium.
  • Understanding of API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or Karate
  • Ability to identify areas for automation and balance between manual vs. automated testing.
  • Familiarity with multi-tenant SaaS architectures and testing across different environments (staging, UAT, production).
  • Experience in testing role-based access control (RBAC), subscription plans, and feature flagging.
  • Understanding of data integrity testing across SaaS modules (e.g., billing, reporting, integrations).
  • Experience validating integrations with third-party services (payment gateways, CRMs, analytics tools, etc.).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams including developers and product managers.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
