1, welcome Guest and checking their details against their booking
2, Allocating guest their rooms and providing keys
3, Answering phones from prospective customers and Guest taking messages and delivering them
4, completing administrative tasks such as filling and photocopying
5, Responding to request for help and information
6, Providing concierge services
7, preparing room bills and ensuring prompt payments
8, checking Guest out , taking payments and returning deposits
