Job Description:

We are looking for a Female Security / Facilitation Officer to be stationed at the walkthrough gate. The role involves assisting and guiding visitors, conducting security checks, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment at the mall entrance.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform security screening and bag checks for female visitors.
  • Monitor walkthrough gate and ensure smooth visitor entry.
  • Provide courteous assistance and guidance to guests.
  • Report any unusual activity or security concern promptly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Matric / Intermediate qualification.
  • Previous experience in security or customer service preferred.
  • Presentable, polite, and attentive.
