Role:
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Processing correspondence, including letters, emails and memos
- Scheduling appointments and maintaining calendars for superiors
- Organizing and filing documents
- Preparing and distributing meeting agendas and minutes
- Managing office supplies and placing orders when necessary
- Assisting with the preparation of reports and presentations
- Maintaining and updating databases and tracking systems
- Facilitating communication between various departments and personnel
- Handling confidential information with discretion
- Providing excellent customer service
- Researching as required
- Manage and serve lunch and coffee to visitors and Director(s) only.
- Arrange Lunches outside the office for Clients and attend.
- Presentable and cheering.
- Self-dependent and can carry her self in a sitution with clients during formal office meetings and social events.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs50, Rs80,000.00 per month
