At Barakah Marketing, we scale e-commerce brands using paid media, creative systems, CRO, and data.

We're looking for a Senior Meta Ads Specialist who knows how to drive profitable growth, not just spend budgets.

What You'll Do

  • Own Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for e-commerce brands
  • Build & scale full-funnel campaigns (TOF / MOF / BOF)
  • Execute structured creative testing (hooks, angles, formats)
  • Optimize core KPIs: ROAS, CPA, CTR, Frequency, AOV
  • Scale winners, kill waste fast
  • Work closely with creative & growth teams
  • Deliver clear daily & weekly performance reports

What we're looking for

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • 4+ years hands-on Meta Ads experience (e-commerce required)
  • Proven track record of profitable campaigns
  • Experience managing Significant monthly ad spend

Strong understanding of:

  • Creative fatigue
  • Testing frameworks
  • Scaling logic
  • Funnel strategy
  • Able to clearly explain why performance changes
  • Comfortable with SOPs, accountability, and ownership

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Contract length: 12 months

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Islamabad: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
