As our AWS GenAI Lead, you will lead the design, implementation and deployment of GenAI applications on AWS using AWS GenAI native services. This role involves problem solving skills without losing the business alignment.

Must-Have Qualifications
  • 5+ years of hands-on AWS experience with deep expertise in architecture & solution design
  • Track record of building GenAI applications using Bedrock, Amazon Q and SageMaker.
  • 3+ years of software development experience, ideally in AI/ML projects
  • Strong command of Python or similar programming languages supporting AI/ML
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What You'll Do

Architect & Deliver GenAI Solutions

  • Design, develop, and deploy scalable, secure, and cost-effective GenAI systems on AWS in client facing role
  • Build RAG applications using Langchain and Amazon Bedrock
  • Fine-tune LLMs, integrate cutting-edge frameworks, and align with business needs

Innovate & Optimize

  • Continuously monitor and optimize GenAI workloads for performance, cost, and reliability
  • Stay updated on AWS advancements, GenAI trends, and best practices
  • Contribute to internal R&D and AWS program growth initiatives

Collaborate & Mentor

  • Work directly with clients to translate business goals into GenAI architecture
  • Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and stakeholders to integrate solutions
  • Mentor teammates and foster a culture of knowledge sharing in GenAI

Nice-to-Have

  • AWS certifications (e.g., Solutions Architect, Machine Learning – Specialty)
  • Contributions to open-source projects or published research in the AI/ML domain
  • Experience working with fine-tuning LLMs
  • Good understanding of AWS Well-Architecture and DevOps
