Reports To: Senior Electrical Engineer or Engineering Manager.

Job Overview: We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team.

The ideal candidate will focus on the design, prototyping, and development of electrical systems and circuits.

This role involves close collaboration with a team of engineers to conceptualize innovative electrical solutions, develop prototypes for new technologies, and contribute throughout the entire development lifecycle of our products.

Responsibilities and Duties:

1. Design and develop sophisticated electrical systems and components.

2. Create circuit prototypes to test electrical technologies and design concepts.

3. Design and simulate control and power circuits.

4. Design and prototype PCBs for circuits.

5. Program microcontroller firmware for control circuits.

6. Analyze circuits using lab equipment such as oscilloscope, function generator, and power supply.

7. Collaborate with team members to identify and define electrical system requirements and specifications.

8. Perform schematic capture, circuit analysis, debugging, testing, and troubleshooting.

9. Document all phases of the development process and monitor system performance.

10. Participate in peer reviews to ensure high-quality design.

11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.

12. Support continuous improvement by researching alternatives and new technologies and presenting them for architectural review.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.

2. Demonstrable field experience in electrical design and prototyping.

3. Solid understanding of electrical design principles and systems.

4. Familiarity with circuit design soft ware for electrical design and PCB design (e.g., Altium, Eagle, Proteus, etc.).

5. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.6. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work eff actively in a team.

Preferred:

1. Experience with circuit prototyping tools and techniques.

2. Proficiency in PCB design and layout.

3. Familiarity with embedded systems and microcontrollers.

4. Experience in programming microcontroller firmware.

5. Experience in analyzing circuits using lab equipment such as oscilloscope, function generator, and power supply.
