About the Organization:

We are a fast-growing software house based in Karachi, specializing in delivering cutting-edge digital solutions and IT services to global clients. To expand our international client base and strengthen our partnerships, we are seeking experienced and dynamic Business Development Officers to join our night shift team.

Position Overview:

As a Business Development Officer (Night Shift), you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by strategically networking, nurturing client relationships, and building a strong sales pipeline. This is an onsite role based in PECHS Block 6, Karachi, requiring dedication, resilience, and a proactive approach to business development during non-standard hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and convert new business opportunities through proactive engagement.
  • Develop and maintain long-term client relationships with a focus on trust and value creation.
  • Strategically manage the sales pipeline to achieve and exceed business targets.
  • Conduct effective cold calling, lead generation, and negotiations.
  • Utilize CRM tools and adopt best practices in business development strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and seamless service delivery.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 3+ years of proven experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
  • Strong strategic networking, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated success in generating and converting business leads.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and digital communication platforms.
  • Resilient and motivated, with the ability to excel in a high-performance environment.
  • Comfortable and effective working night shifts (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
  • Must be onsite and physically present at our PECHS Block 6 office.
