Psychologist & Student Counceller

Shahwilayat Public School is seeking a qualified and dedicated Psychologist / Student Counsellor to join our team at Campus II. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in supporting students' mental health, emotional well-being, and academic growth by providing counselling, guidance, and intervention where necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counselling sessions to students.
• Address emotional, behavioral, and social challenges affecting learning.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school leadership to support student development.
• Design and implement workshops on mental health, stress management, and personal development.
• Maintain confidential records and uphold ethical counselling standards.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Psychology, Counselling, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in a school or counselling environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with empathy and professionalism.
• Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion and cultural awareness.
