Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Discord Moderator, located in Karāchi. As a Discord Moderator for the night shift, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, welcoming, and engaging environment within the community. Key responsibilities include monitoring conversations to ensure adherence to rules, addressing user concerns, resolving conflicts, and preventing inappropriate behavior. You will facilitate meaningful interactions between users, contribute to community growth, and promote an inclusive, welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience in Community Management, Conflict Resolution, and Monitoring Online Behavior
• Strong Communication, Active Listening, and Interpersonal Skills
• Basic Familiarity with Discord Moderation Tools and Community Guidelines
• Team Collaboration, Problem-Solving, and Adaptability to Handle Dynamic Online Spaces
• Proficiency in English, and additional language skills are a plus
• Availability to work night shifts and remain responsive during hours of community activity
• Prior experience in online community moderation is preferable but not required
