We are looking for a proactive and empathetic Chat Support Executive to manage customer and community interactions on Instagram and Discord. You will be responsible for responding to inquiries, resolving issues, maintaining brand voice consistency, and fostering a positive community experience across both platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

Instagram Support:

  • Respond promptly to customer DMs, comments, and mentions.
  • Handle product inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and friendly tone.
  • Escalate complex issues to relevant departments and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
  • Maintain an organized record of customer interactions and common issues.
  • Collaborate with the content and marketing teams to share insights and customer sentiment trends.

Discord Support & Community Management:

  • Monitor Discord channels for member questions, support requests, and inappropriate behavior.
  • Provide real-time assistance to community members while upholding community guidelines.
  • Engage with the community to maintain an active and positive atmosphere.
  • Coordinate with moderators and admins to resolve conflicts or technical issues.
  • Collect user feedback and share insights with the product and support teams.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Excellent written communication skills in English.
  • Strong understanding of Instagram and Discord platforms and their communities.
  • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
  • Empathy and problem-solving mindset.
