About Leadee

Leadee is a Dubai-based B2B growth and lead generation agency, helping international companies (UAE, GCC, Europe, US) win new clients through outbound sales, multi-channel outreach, and digital growth strategies. We've worked with 50+ clients across industries like construction, design, ERP, fintech, hospitality, and more.

Now we are expanding our team in Hyderabad, Sindh and looking for energetic fresh graduates ready to build an international career in business development and client growth.

Role: Business Development Executive

As a BDE, you will be the driving force that connects our clients with decision-makers worldwide. You'll work closely with our Dubai HQ team to identify opportunities, reach out to prospects, and fuel growth.

What You'll Do

  • Research and identify potential clients in international markets (UAE, GCC, Europe, US).

  • Build and manage outreach campaigns (emails, LinkedIn, WhatsApp).

  • Create personalized pitches and presentations to attract decision-makers.

  • Work with our sales team to set up qualified meetings for clients.

  • Maintain and update client/prospect data in CRM systems.

  • Contribute to sales strategies, market research, and client growth initiatives.

  • Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Business, IT, Marketing, Commerce, or others).

  • Strong written and spoken English.

  • Confident communicator with an interest in sales and international business.

  • Research and analytical skills (comfortable with LinkedIn, Google, Excel).

  • Energetic, ambitious, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

  • Quick learner of digital tools (CRM, outreach platforms, sales tech).
