Job Title: Senior Business Analyst (BA)

Location: Bangalore and Hyderabad

Job Summary:

  • Lead requirement analysis and re-engineering for migrating legacy workflow applications to .NET 8.0.
  • Collaborate with solution architects, developers, QA, and DevOps engineers to ensure business requirements are technically feasible and aligned with modernization goals.
  • Document and manage business, functional, and non-functional requirements, ensuring traceability through the entire SDLC.
  • Partner with QA teams to define test scenarios, data validation rules, and acceptance criteria for both manual and automated testing.
  • Analyze existing system workflows, APIs, and integrations to identify optimization opportunities and automation potential.
  • Work with DevOps teams to understand and align CI/CD pipelines, environment dependencies, and deployment readiness from a business perspective.
  • Support development teams in translating complex business processes into technical design while ensuring adherence to architectural principles.
  • Participate in UAT planning and execution, ensuring end-to-end validation of business workflows.
  • Provide clear documentation and business insights to guide decision-making and mitigate migration risks.
  • Strong understanding of .NET Core / .NET 8.0 architecture, APIs, and workflow components.
  • Working knowledge of DevOps tools such as Azure DevOps, TeamCity, and experience with build and deployment pipelines.
  • Exposure to QA processes, including test case reviews, traceability, and defect triage.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills with attention to detail.
